Intentional Living

For a season that’s supposed to be all about family and good times, the holidays can get really stressful. There is so much pressure to find perfect gifts, cook perfect meals, wear the perfect outfit to the holiday party, not to mention--do you know your boss well enough to get her a gift? Is a bottle of wine too impersonal for your Secret Santa? And on and on…

If this holiday experience rings any (jingle) bells for you, you’re not alone. The holidays can often feel like you’re inside a snowglobe that’s still being shaken, and it can be really hard to get back on track. But the holidays are supposed to be good!

Coming into this time of year with a healthy dose of intention can be the key to a stress-free holiday season. Not sure what that means? Intentional living means making the choice to keep it simple, and allowing yourself the space to really feel the gratitude and warmth of the season.

What are some ways you can slow down, keep things simple, and be intentional?
