Terms and Conditions:

Only 12-month lease agreements signed by individuals who do not renew their lease to stay in the same apartment, transfer within their current property or to another Amherst Innovative Living, LLC managed community or relet from a current resident qualify as “future leases”. This offer does not apply to residents who have moved out or will move out before the person/people they refer take occupancy. Current residents can refer people to any Amherst Innovative Living, LLC managed community. To be credited with the resident referral incentive, the resident’s account must be in good standing and they should be currently living at a community managed by Amherst Innovative Living, LLC. The resident referral incentive will be posted to the account of the current resident as a rent credit within 30 days of the new person signing a lease agreement. Current residents are able to refer up to 10 new lease holders, with up to a maximum of $1000 applied to their account as an incentive during one lease year. The resident referral incentive will never be issued as a check or cash and will always be applied to any charges currently on the account. All referred residents must have had their information entered into the resident portal by the person referring them before they complete their application. Any referrals attempted to be earned outside of the resident portal will not be paid.

Amherst Innovative Living, LLC reserves the right to change the program and its benefits at any time or end it without warning. As a resident, you understand that this program and its benefits are not required, essential or ancillary services provided by the landlord.
