Co-signers should be prepared with the following items: A Photo ID and Proof of Income.
Step 2: What do you need?
Acceptable forms of ID include Drivers License, Passport, or Government issued ID. Please provide a good quality image of your photo ID later in the application.

We ask for proof of income to verify that applicants can afford the rent. If you are concerned about privacy you may black out your social security number before sending.
Acceptable documents for proof of income include Paystubs, Hiring Letter, or first page of Tax Return. We do accept other proofs of income, please contact our office at 413-279-4106 for more details.
Proof of Income
The tenant for whom you are acting as guarantor must apply first, then you’ll receive an invitation email to begin your guarantor application.
